VJL Gallery is in Daytona Beach’s historic downtown Riverfront Shops area – a beautiful waterfront setting at 170 North Beach Street.
The Gallery features artwork by painters, photographers, and mixed media artists. Our artists are often in the Gallery working and available to talk with you about their art.
Vicki-Jo moved from the northeast to Daytona Beach in 1986.
She worked in a salon called Headlines in downtown Daytona Beach. She quickly became known in the community as an outstanding hair colorist.
Maintaining her successful career, she opened her first business over twenty years ago. She also always had a passion for art. She incorporated an art gallery into her business ten years ago to support local artists.
Five years ago, she decided to move her business back to downtown Daytona Beach and opened VJL Gallery on Beach Street. As the gallery has grown, she is now representing not only local artists but artists from different parts of the country. Her passion and her vision have brought culture and fine art to a community that she believes in.
